About the project

Last week, our team completed another amazing garden transformation. We revisited the site today to use an electric power brush on the artificial grass, ensuring it looks its best. The customer wanted a safe, single-level garden for their children, so we kept the design on the existing slope. We started by excavating the area and laying down 22 tons of MOT Type 1 for a solid foundation. Next, we installed 37m² of beautiful Kandla grey Indian sandstone. To add a finishing touch, we included stepping stones with decorative stones, creating a visually stunning and functional garden space.

Before

Challenges & solutions

One of the main challenges was maintaining a single-level garden on a natural slope, as requested by the customer for their children's safety. To address this, we carefully planned and executed the excavation, ensuring a stable foundation with 22 tons of MOT Type 1. This not only provided stability but also allowed us to lay the Kandla grey Indian sandstone seamlessly on the slope. Additionally, our team utilized an electric power brush on the artificial grass to maintain its pristine appearance, ensuring the entire garden remained low-maintenance and child-friendly.

  • Maintaining a Single-Level Garden on a Slope: The customer wanted a single-level garden for their children's safety. To achieve this on a natural slope, we meticulously planned and excavated the area, ensuring a stable and even surface.
  • Ensuring a Stable Foundation: To provide a solid base for the garden, we laid down 22 tons of MOT Type 1. This material offered the necessary stability for the subsequent installations and prevented future shifting or settling.
  • Installing Kandla Grey Indian Sandstone on a Slope: Laying 37m² of Kandla grey Indian sandstone on a slope required precise leveling and placement. Our team expertly handled this, ensuring a seamless and durable finish.
  • Maintaining Artificial Grass Appearance: To keep the artificial grass looking pristine and low-maintenance, we used an electric power brush. This tool effectively lifted the fibers and removed any debris, enhancing the overall appearance of the garden.
